DESIGN | Translate client needs into refined documents

  • Coordinate architect, engineer, contractor, telcom, furniture, AV efforts
  • Refine budget and schedule
  • Facilitate required bidding processes

CONSTRUCT | Construct and outfit space for occupancy

  • Monitor construction progress
  • Coordinate schedule interdependencies – furn, tech, AV, etc.
  • Track budget and cash flow

MOVE | Relocate staff and contents to new space

  • Minimize disruption to daily operations during move
  • Solicit required bids
  • Supervise physical move

CLOSE-OUT | Monitor final documentation, invoicing and punchlist to completion

  • Track punchlist items to resolution
  • Complete final budget and invoicing
  • Coordinate disposition activities – furn, tech, contents
