Clients depend on Steve for his strategic real estate insight, honed over a 20-year career in corporate real estate and facilities. Prior to founding Fort Point PM, Steve served BankBoston as a facilities executive with a wide range of responsibilities throughout the United States and South America. Steve holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural Center.

Known for her disciplined, thorough approach to leading project teams, Christine combines experience as a project manager, space planner and organizational analyst. Prior to founding Fort Point PM, Christine served as the PM for BankBoston's 1.5 million SF Boston real estate portfolio. Christine holds a degree in interior design from Cornell University and an MBA from Babson College.

Cathy advises and supports clients on a variety of real estate and facilities management projects. Prior to joining Fort Point PM, she was a Real Estate Manager for Nortel Networks, where her portfolio encompassed 21 commercial office properties totaling 1.4 million square feet and supported 3,800 employees. Cathy holds a degree in interior design, as well as an MBA from Bentley College.

A specialist in building operations and infrastructure, Jeff thrives on projects that offer complex challenges such as electrical and mechanical infrastructure upgrades, trading room expansions and relocations and interior tenant renovations in occupied space. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and a certificate in Project Management from Boston University.

Michelle provides detailed scheduling, planning, and coordination for client relocation and construction projects. Michelle draws on extensive knowledge of the furniture industry to coordinate the many tasks related to furniture selection, procurement, delivery and installation. Michelle holds a degree in communications from the State University of New York.

Danielle provides detailed project planning, scheduling, coordination and communication for client relocation and construction projects. She has managed a variety of projects including a complex biotechnology relocation, consolidation and extensive furniture disposition projects. Danielle holds a Bachelors of Science in Facilities Planning and Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

While managing existing relationships, Meagan also sources new business opportunities for the company and maintains her knowledge of market activity and industry trends. In addition, Meagan controls all social media outlets while continuously generating new ways to market the company. Given her focused direction, her study in Marketing at Bay State College and her affable persona, Meagan is well positioned to capitalize on the many consolidation and growth opportunities in the real estate market.
