Size: 150,000 sf / 175 scientists and staff

Services: Relocation Management for highly technical move from Connecticut to new headquarters in Cambridge, MA

Challenge: To provide a safe relocation for all scientists, staff, proprietary equipment and experiments. Protecting intellectual property and frequent communication with scientists was critical to the success of this project.

Result: Safe, seamless relocation of labs and offices over two phases into the new state of the art headquarters building in Cambridge.

GENZYME CORPORATION

Industry: Biotechnology / Research and Development

Size: 177,000 sf / 150 scientists / 1,600 pieces of equipment

Services: Relocation management and communications plan

Challenge: Phased consolidation of labs and administrative space from six locations to new state of the art research and development facility, The Science Center in Framingham, MA.

Result: All employees, labs, equipment and chemicals safely relocated without disruption to critical research experiments.

VITAL DIAGNOSTICS

Size: 16,000 sf / 55 people

Services: Project and Relocation Management

Challenge: To program, design, construct and relocate to a new headquarters in three months including lab and workbench spaces.

Result: Design build approach with the architect and contractor saving time and money over a three month timeframe.
