Challenge: Coordination of design, construction, highly technical equipment and furniture integration and staff relocations in a sensitive 24 hour Hospital and surrounding residential environment

Result: Successfully coordinated suites for practices including Cancer Research, Radiology Administration, Neurosurgery Consulting, Orthopedic Biomechanics Lab, and Neuroendocrine Research

HARVARD CLINICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE

Services: Site search and feasibility study for new headquarters

Challenge: Analyze select site scenarios to align with HCRI’s business goals

Result: Renegotiated current lease to expand and renovate existing space
