Challenge: Relocate two departments from seven buildings, Alumni Association and Resource Development, from the center of campus to a newly purchased and fully renovated building on the far west side of campus. The relocation strategy called for a comprehensive communications plan to minimize the concern of staff and the location of their new office.

Result: An effective communications plan and implementation and efficient relocation allowed for the smooth transition of the staff to their new location with minimal disruption to their operations.

THE HARVARD CLUB
Industry: Non-profit/Educational research & development

Size: 25,000 sf; 150 people

Services: Project management & Relocation management

Challenge: Interior renovation and restack of existing, fully occupied floors with an extensive amount of hard-cover books, literature and grant funded project paperwork.

Result: Successful multi-phase construction schedule, new furniture installations and multiple move phases completed prior to the start of the fall school year and strict adherence to $1M project budget.
