Boston, MA – July 9, 2019 – On Tuesday, June 3rd, MassMutual broke ground on their new 310,000 SF office building at 10 Fan Pier Boulevard in Boston’s Seaport. Surrounded by Governor Charlie Baker and Mayor Martin J. Walsh, MassMutual reiterated their commitment to expand within Massachusetts, with their new Seaport building expected to house 1,000 employees when it opens late 2021.
“This building represents growing opportunities in Boston,” said Mayor Walsh. “MassMutual has over 300 employees in Boston already and it’s going to have 1000 employees when this building is complete.”
Supporting MassMutual’s efforts are Fort Point Project Management who is providing Owner’s Project Management services alongside the building developer, The Fallon Company, Elkus Manfredi who designed the building, and general contractor, Turner Construction.
