2020 MV|PM Award Winner …[double take on a challenging year]

Each year our team gathers to celebrate the newest winner of the Fort Point MV|PM award. This is an award voted on by the employees, for the employees, which is perhaps what makes it so special to receive. The winner receives an all-expense-paid trip for two anywhere in the world.

Votes are placed for the team member who best exhibits Fort Point’s core values: a positive attitude, a collaborative team player who is ever curious and driven. This year’s award was different. There were two winners! We congratulate Ishan Raval a Fort Point Associate Project Manager and Victoria Saber, the Director of Operations.

Ishan, who is referred to in the office as “Mr. Project Management,” brings a strong work ethic every day, no matter the circumstances. His dedication to continuous process improvement makes him a valuable resource and benefits his clients who realize the efficiencies. Ishan has also worked diligently to improve the way Fort Point views and uses its technology platforms. Thank you for your dedication Ishan, we hope you are able to use your prize very soon.

Visibly shocked by the announcement, Victoria was the first non-project manager to be named MV|PM. Victoria was extra deserving of the award this year, as she went above and beyond her duties as Director of Operations. In a year that was nothing less than uncertain, Victoria kept the firm positive, safe, and focused on their clients. She supported every employee in their own individual way, while ensuring a healthy work environment as professional and personal life morphed into one-in-the-same during the pandemic. Saying thank you seems inadequate to express just how much FPPM appreciates you, but nonetheless, thank you Victoria.

At the core of Fort Point Project Management is our employees and the MV|PM award is one way to celebrate their contributions and character.
