Less than six months after merging with Cumming Management Group, Fort Point is enjoying rapid growth in the Boston market and beyond. This growth is largely owed to the increasing number of life science opportunities in Boston and throughout the Greater New England region, and to Cumming’s reliance on Fort Point’s specialized experience and expertise in this sector to pursue these opportunities.
To meet this demand, Fort Point is excited to welcome several new additions to the team, including:
James Labbe, Senior Project Manager
James is a highly experienced senior project manager who utilizes his extensive programming, design, and construction skills to provide strategic planning and implementation leadership. He has successfully led numerous renovation and ground-up construction assignments for complex science and research facilities, while collaborating with diverse project teams and stakeholders to meet strict budget and schedule objectives.
Kevin Dionne, Project Manager
Kevin is a seasoned project manager with 20 years of experience in strategic planning, facility operations, and the execution of capital projects. He has successfully managed projects from conceptual design through occupancy by creating a collaborative team environment and effortlessly adapting to ever-changing business environments. Kevin has led the planning, design, renovation, and procurement of more than one million square feet of life science, office, operations, data center, academic, and fitness spaces requiring extensive coordination with internal and external partners.
Connor Lynch, Project Manager
Connor is an experienced design and construction industry professional with a background in civil engineering. He has focused primarily on critical infrastructure, including new buildings, and he has particular expertise in providing temporary infrastructure solutions and overseeing new construction core and shell work. As a project manager, Connor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of projects, managing client and vendor interactions, maintaining project reporting, and navigating the team through occupancy and close out.
Bryan Sullivan, Assistant Project Manager
Bryan offers a unique perspective to our projects, having previously served as a construction manager and OPM. He has experience with the retail, corporate, and — most recently — life science sectors. He has the creativity and technology expertise to consistently drive project success for clients.
Matt Murphy, Project Coordinator
Matt has joined the Fort Point team as a new project coordinator following his co-op internship. He has shown himself to be a key player on large relocation assignments in the higher education and life science sectors. Matt is currently a student at Wentworth Institute of Technology studying for his degree in construction management, with a concentration in commercial real estate development.
Allie Daniel, Operations Manager
Allie has joined the team to manage its growing operational needs. Her goal is to ensure that the company is well-positioned in this rapidly evolving and competitive environment. Allie’s role involves supporting the team strategically through organizational and process improvements, and by driving HR, technology, and operations initiatives that will help ensure our success. Allie has years of direct experience and knowledge in account management, policy creation, technology applications, and business strategy.
